Homepage Realty Recruitment Campaign
While working with Homepage Realty's strategic marketing team, I conceived and developed a targeted LinkedIn ad campaign aimed at recruiting real estate agents in the Greater Louisville and Southern Indiana Markets.

Objective
Develop a targeted LinkedIn ad campaign to recruit real estate agents in the Greater Louisville market, while clearly communicating Homepage Realty’s value as an all-in-one brokerage built to support agent productivity and growth.
Insight
Many agents operate as one-person businesses, balancing selling with marketing, listing coordination, and client logistics. While this creates a sense of control, it often leads to being busy rather than productive.
Homepage’s model directly challenges this—providing in-house media, marketing, and listing support so agents can offload operational work and refocus on selling.
Execution
We translated this positioning into a campaign centered on simplicity and contrast. Messaging focused on the tension between “doing everything” and actually generating business, using short, direct lines like “Busy isn’t the same as productive” and “If you’re doing everything, something’s off.”
Visually, the ads reinforced this idea through repetition and overload—stacked typography, layered words, and minimal layouts that created a sense of friction. This was paired with clean, grounded closing statements that positioned Homepage as the solution: “Sell more. Manage less.”
The result was a cohesive set of ads that felt both disruptive and immediately clear, designed to stop the scroll and resonate with agents experiencing that daily friction.
Outcome
The campaign established a clear and differentiated message around Homepage’s agent support model, helping position the brand as a brokerage that prioritizes efficiency.
By focusing on a relatable industry tension rather than a list of features, the ads generated stronger engagement and a more compelling recruitment narrative.
